About the founder

Sailee Lokre is a psychology practitioner and academic mentor whose practice is based on systematic psychological science, therapeutic integrity, and evidence-based practice.

She has formal education in Clinical Psychology and certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnotherapy and her practice combines cognitive, behavioral, and experiential models into an ethical and client-centered framework.

Her work is spread over four fields of psychology:

  • Hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based.
  • CBT and integrative therapeutic practice.
